Ingredients for 2-4 servings
shrimp black tiger bg
500 g.
peeled pineapple
400 g.
bell pepper red and yellow
1 pc.
garlic
1 clove.
sesame oil
1 tbsp. spoon
juice of half a lime
soy sauce

sesame

Soak wooden skewers in cold water. Clean the previously thawed shrimp from the shells and remove the veins, rinse, dry.

Chop bell peppers into small squares, pineapple in segments.

Mix lime juice with oil and soy sauce, beat with a fork, add chopped garlic and sesame seeds.

Pour the resulting marinade over the shrimp, pepper and pineapple, mix, leave for 15 minutes. If you prepare the dish in advance, you can immediately thread the shrimp on skewers and leave in the refrigerator, and pour the marinade 20 minutes before the start of cooking.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, turn on the grill function, if any. Place prawns on skewers, interspersed with pieces of pineapple and pepper, place on a baking sheet and cook for 2-3 minutes.
