Recipe "Cream soup of green peas with mint"
Ingredients for 4 servings
chopped green peas
1 cup
onions
1 pc.
garlic
1 clove
potatoes
2 pcs.
fresh mint
4-5 sprigs
olive oil
2 tbsp. spoons
freshly ground pepper
to taste
salt
to taste
Step 1/5
Rinse the peas, pour two glasses of drinking water and leave for an hour and a half.

Peel the vegetables. Chop the onion and garlic, dice the potatoes.
Step 3/5
Fry the onion and garlic in the olive oil directly in a saucepan, then add the potatoes and peas along with the water, pour in a further 1 litre of water and cook until the peas are cooked through.

Punch the soup with a blender until smooth, add more water if necessary, salt and pepper to taste.

Remove the leaves from the mint sprigs and chop finely, add the mint to the soup and stir.
