Brittle caramel crust and delicate cream - real crème brûlée is easy to make at home! You need a burner for the crust. If there is no special culinary, it doesn't matter - the one that is put on a regular tourist gas can is suitable.

Recipe " Creme Brulee"

Ingredients for 3 servings

chicken egg yolks
2 pcs.
cream 30%
1 bottle (190g)
cane sugar
20 g + 2 tbsp. spoons

Heat the cream without bringing to a boil. Separate the yolks from the proteins (they can then be used for meringue).

Mix the yolks with 20g of sugar without whisking. Pour half the cream into the yolks, stir, then top up the rest of the cream.

Pour the mixture into molds (choose small and not too deep). Low glass jars are great. Put the molds in a baking tray and pour water into it so that it reaches about the middle of the height of the molds. Bake at 100 ° C for about an hour and a half. The finished crème brûlée will thicken.
