Recipe "Crackers with salmon and cottage cheese "
Ingredients for 7-10 servings
slightly salted salmon
180 g
curd cheese
140g (1 pack)
pink salmon caviar (small )
for decorating
crackers
7 pieces or more
fennel
a few twigs

cheese dutch slicing

Step 1/6
Defrost the caviar. Choose bones from salmon, if any, cut the fillet from the skin and cut into pieces.
Step 2/6
Fold into a shredder, add curd cheese and 1-2 sprigs of dill without stems. Punch everything until smooth.
Step 3/6
Transfer the resulting pate to a piping bag and cut off the corner. Gently squeeze the pate onto cone-shaped crackers.
Step 4/6
Finely chop dill, bell pepper - mini-squares.
Step 5/6
Garnish the pate with chopped dill, pepper and red caviar, turning it into a herringbone. Cut out small stars from a slice of cheese - this can be done by hand with a knife or with a small cookie cutter. Put each cheese star on a toothpick and insert it into the center.
Step 6/6
The snack is ready. You can use crackers of different sizes or tastes, and depending on this, make larger or smaller Christmas trees. The number of servings in this case will change accordingly.
