Another great way to add cottage cheese to your diet. It turns out a very tasty snack, which will appeal even to those who do not really like pure cottage cheese. Try to cook both options and serve together, it turns out prettier and tastier.

Ingredients for 4-6 servings
cottage cheese
400 g
tomato
1 medium
sweet red pepper
1/2 pc.
spinach fresh
handful
peeled pistachios
100 g
hot pepper
to taste and to desire
salt
to taste
pita chips

Step 1/6
Divide the cottage cheese into two equal parts. Put the first one in the bowl of the blender. Roughly chop the tomato and pepper and add to the cottage cheese. Optionally, you can add a little hot red pepper.

Blend with a blender until smooth. Salt and mix well again.
Step 3/6
Wash the blender and put the remaining cottage cheese in the bowl.
Step 4/6
Wash and dry the spinach (if the package says it is unwashed), add to the cottage cheese. Pour pistachios there. Add a little hot green pepper if desired.

Blend with a blender until smooth. Salt and mix well again.
Step 6/6
Serve red and green cottage cheese with pita chips.
