The easiest and fastest summer pie. Lots of juicy fruit filling and some crispy pastry on top. You can use any seasonal fruit, apricots, plums and apples will be especially good. The main thing is to choose real ripe and juicy fruits.

Crumble with Peaches recipe
Ingredients for 4 servings
peaches
3 pcs.
white buckwheat chocolate
25 g
sugar
3 tbsp. spoons
butter
200 g
oatmeal
200 g
wheat flour
100 g
almonds

Step 1/4
Mix soft melted butter (you can melt in the microwave) with two types of flour and two tablespoons of sugar, mix with a fork into crumbs. Put in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Step 2/4
Grease the baking dish with butter, pour 1 tbsp. spoon of sugar.
Step 3/4
Cut the peaches in half, remove the bones. Place slices down into the tin. Top with dough crumbs.
Step 4/4
Place in an oven preheated to 180C and bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle the hot cake with chopped chocolate and almonds.
