Recipe "Crab salad with egg and tomatoes"
Ingredients for 3-4 servings
Crab meat boiled ice cream salad
1 pack (250g)
Chicken egg
3 pcs.
Mozzarella piccolo
1 pack (120g)
Avocado
1 pc.
Cherry tomatoes
10 pcs.
Spinach fresh
60 g
Lemon
0.5 pcs. (juice )
Olive oil
1 tbsp. spoon
Salt
to taste
Freshly ground black pepper
to taste

Defrost the crab meat in advance in the refrigerator or in cold water right in the package for 30-40 minutes. Boil hard boiled eggs, cool in cold water, peel and cut into quarters. Cut the avocado into cubes, pour over the lemon juice. Cut cherry tomatoes into halves, mozzarella into rounds. Dry the crab meat, disassemble with your fingers, removing chitin plates, if any.

Put the washed and dried spinach on a plate, on top - crab, tomatoes, avocado. Arrange quarters of eggs. For the dressing, combine the olive oil and lemon juice with the salt, beat with a fork and dress the salad. Also, this salad can be seasoned with a small amount of mayonnaise at will.
