Recipe "Oatmeal cutlets"
Ingredients for 3 servings
oatmeal
200 g
potatoes
250 g
water
200 ml
onions
1 pc.
garlic
3 cloves
salt
to taste
ground black pepper
to taste
vegetable oil
for frying
Step 1/7
Boil the water and pour over the oatmeal. Wait for the flakes to absorb water and swell.

Peel and rinse the onions, potatoes and garlic. Chop the onion and garlic in a blender.

Grate the potatoes.

Mix together the oatmeal, onion and garlic mixture and potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix the resulting mass thoroughly. Set aside to infuse for 10-15 minutes.

Soak your hands in cold water. Form cutlets from oatmeal minced meat.

Preheat the pan with vegetable oil. Fry the patties over a medium heat, covered, for about 7 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
