Recipe "Turkey cutlets in the oven"
Ingredients for 4-5 servings

Peel and roughly chop the onion. Fry it a little in vegetable oil. And then cool and punch in a blender or pass through a meat grinder.

Soak bread in water for 10 minutes (you can soak in milk, but in principle this will not affect the taste). Remove the hard crusts, squeeze the crumb so as not to saturate the minced meat with excess liquid.

Add the bread crumb to the minced meat, salt and pepper. Put soft butter - it will give a more delicate taste to the cutlets. Pour in oregano, these dried greens perfectly emphasize the taste of turkey. Add the onion .

Mix everything up. Knead the mince thoroughly with your hands so that it becomes smooth and sticky, and the gluten contained in the bread begins to work.

Form medium-sized cutlets with wet hands - about 60-70 grams each. You do not need to bread them or roll them in flour, they will not fall apart anyway, and the crust will be quite ruddy.

Line a baking tray with baking parchment and place the resulting patties on it. Place in preheated to 200C in the oven for 20-25 minutes. It is important to place the cutlets in a hot oven, and the cutlets themselves should be at room temperature, then this time will be enough for baking them.
