Recipe "Royal cottage cheese pie"
Ingredients for 4 servings

icing sugar
120 g
vanillin

baking powder

cold butter
200 g
cottage cheese
600 g
egg
2 pcs.

180 g
vanilla sugar
1 tsp
corn starch

zest of 1 lemon

Grate cold butter on a coarse grater.

Grind the dry ingredients with oil with your hands and put the resulting mixture in the refrigerator.

For the filling, whisk the cottage cheese with the eggs until smooth.

Add sugar, vanilla sugar, starch and lemon zest, mix thoroughly.
