Ingredients for 6 servings
Korean soup with seaweed in cubes
3 pcs.
smoked tofu
1 pack
white onion
½ pcs.
enoki mushrooms
1 pack
nori algae
1 pack
lime
½ pcs.
squid , carcasses
2 pcs.
garlic
2 cloves
ginger root
2 cm
soy sauce
3 tbsp. l. or to taste

Defrost the squid. Slice arbitrarily.
Step 2/6
Cut the onion into feathers. In enoki mushrooms, cut 1 cm from the bottom.
Step 3/6
In 1.2 liters of hot water, put 3 cubes of soup and stir to dissolve. Put the sliced squid and onion.

Peel the garlic and ginger root, slice the garlic, straw the ginger and add to the soup as well. Cook, stirring occasionally, until simmering

Cut the smoked tofu into squares.

Once the soup boils, squeeze the juice of half the lime into it or to taste, add the enoki mushrooms, halved nori seaweed and cook for 2 minutes. Add 3 tbsp. spoons or to taste soy sauce, tofu, mix and serve.
