Bright, original and easy to prepare salad with squid and vegetables in Korean. Good and just for lunch or dinner, and for a holiday. And you can also eat it fasting.

Korean Squid Salad Recipe
Ingredients for 4 servings
frozen squid rings
1 pack
Korean carrots
½ banks
cucumber fresh
1 large or 2 medium
sesame oil
1 tbsp. l.
cherry tomatoes
1 pack
onion green
multiple feathers
Step 1/4
Defrost the squid. Pour water into a saucepan, salt and put squid. How to boil, cook for a minute - squid should become about the color of boiled chicken egg protein. Cool the finished squid.

Grate the cucumber with a straw (like Korean carrots), while using only the part without seeds, otherwise the salad will have too much liquid from the cucumber.
Step 3/4
Cut cherry into quarters.
Step 4/4
Put squid, Korean carrots in a bowl (you can add a little marinade from carrots), cherry, cucumbers. Finely chop the green onions, add to the rest of the ingredients. Season with sesame oil, mix well and serve.
