Cordon Bleu Recipe
Ingredients for 2 servings
breast fillet
2 pcs.
grated cheese (cheddar, Dutch)
150 g
Zhambon toast ham
150 g
chicken egg
4 pcs.
water
80 ml
wheat flour
100 g
breadcrumbs
120 g
salt
to taste
ground black pepper
to taste
ground paprika
to taste
vegetable oil for frying

Step 1/6
Cut the breast fillets lengthways into thin steaks.
Step 2/6
Beat off the resulting pieces, salt and grate with spices.
Step 3/6
Put ham and grated cheese on each steak. Roll into a "patty."

Lightly beat the eggs with a fork or whisk with water.

Roll the cutlets first in flour, then in a mixture of egg and water, then again in flour. Finally, plan in breadcrumbs.
