Ingredients for 4 servings

filo dough
1 pack
pear soft
2 pcs.

fried hazelnuts
20 g
butter
30 g
juice of half a lemon

Defrost the filo dough at room temperature right in the package (about half an hour), split the nuts with a rolling pin or in a mortar into large pieces, crumble the cheese.

Pear peel and thinly slice, pour lemon juice over the pear.

Melt the butter, heat the oven to 210S. Unfold the filo sheets, carefully brush each with butter, fold the sheets into two piles.

Cut each pile into four squares. Put pear and nuts in the center of each square. If you plan to serve the envelopes warm, then immediately lay out the cheese, when baking it will melt, and if cold, then sprinkle with cheese before serving. Wrap the corners of the dough on top of the filling, and then bend the tips back to make a half-open envelope. Bake in the oven for about ten minutes, until browned.
