Ingredients for 2 servings

400 g
rice flour
2 tbsp. spoons
paprika
1 tsp
hot ground pepper

turmeric

ground black pepper

Wash and dry the pre-thawed squid rings with napkins.

Mix flour with salt and spices.

Pour the resulting mixture into the bag, put the squid rings there, close the bag tightly and shake well so that the spicy mixture is evenly distributed over the rings.

In a small saucepan or saucepan, heat the oil for deep frying, readiness can be checked with a cube of bread 1 cm x 1 cm, if the oil temperature is sufficient, then the bread will be fried in 30 seconds (temperature about 170 degrees).
