Recipe for "Asian-style Kolllow"
Ingredients for 2 servings
red cabbage
300g
daikon
150-200g
carrot
1 pc.
handful of raisins
handful of cashew nuts
cilantro
a few twigs
ginger
1 cm root
sesame oil
2 tbsp. spoons
lemon juice
1 tbsp. spoon
salt
pepper

Soak raisins in a small amount of boiling water.

Finely chop the cabbage, salt and shake your hands to give juice.
Step 3/5
Peel and grate daikon and carrots for Korean carrots or cut into thin blocks with a sharp knife and mix with cabbage.

For the dressing, beat the sesame oil with lemon juice with a fork, add salt, pepper and a grated piece of ginger .

Pour the dressing over the salad, add the water-dried raisins and stir. Serve topped with chopped cilantro greens and nuts.
