Minced chicken cones with cream cheese sauce

Minced chicken koloboks under a spicy cheese and cream sauce are a great alternative to the usual cutlets. Serve them with mashed potatoes, boiled rice or another favorite side dish, and a fine lunch or dinner is provided.

Recipe "Minced Chicken Kolobok with Cream Cheese Sauce"
Ingredients for 3-4 servings
minced chicken
1 pack (500 g)
breadcrumbs
30 g (approximately 2 tbsp)
butter
50 g
salt
1 tsp or to taste
ground black pepper
1/6 tsp (1 g) or to taste
fresh parsley
5g (a couple of sprigs, leaves only)
fresh garlic
1 clove
milk
40 ml
Dijon mustard
30 g
cream 30%
2 bottles (380g)
cheddar cheese
100 g
tomato paste
10 g
table salt
1/2 tsp or to taste
black pepper
1/3 tsp or to taste

Step 1/8
Place the butter out of the fridge about 15 minutes before cooking to soften. Put the mince in a bowl. Wash and dry the parsley, peel the garlic. Finely chop the parsley and garlic, add to the bowl with the minced meat. Put breadcrumbs there.

Salt, pepper and pour over the milk.

Add the softened butter. Mix until components are connected.

Peel the onions and cut into thin half rings. Put the onion in a glass of blender and chop until smooth. Transfer to a bowl.

Add the cream, tomato paste, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper to the onion. Stir.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, add to the sauce and mix.

Using wet hands, using a tablespoon, shape the minced meatballs with a diameter of about 5 cm. Put in a baking dish.

Pour sauce over the cones. Cover the tin with 2-layer foil and bake in the oven preheated to 180C for 10 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes.
