You need to twist one sausage in turn 3-4 times in one direction, the other 3-4 times in reverse, so that they do not unwind. Watch the packing density, the sausages should be tight enough, do not be afraid that the shell will break, but do not be too zealous either.

After stuffing, tie the free end of the shell and put the sausages in the refrigerator for 1-1.5 hours to compact them. Now they can be fried on the grill or pan.
