Recipe "Coconut rice with mango "
Ingredients for 2-3 servings
jasmine rice
150 g
coconut milk
400 ml (can)
coconut oil
1 tsp
mango
1 pc.
sugar
2 tbsp. spoons
salt
pinch
water

Step 1/4
Put the rice in a saucepan, pour 250 ml of water and 400 ml of coconut milk .
Step 2/4
Add the sugar, salt and coconut oil. Put on a medium heat, cook, stirring regularly, until tender (20-25 minutes). Then turn off, cover and leave for 10 minutes.
Step 3/4
Peel and dice the mango or wedges.
Step 4/4
Serve coconut rice with fresh mango.
