Recipe "Coffee Frappe in Cyprus"
Ingredients for 2 servings
coffee natural soluble sublime.
1 tbsp. spoon
milk 3.2%
500 ml
sugar brown
1 tbsp. spoon
ice
to taste

Sugar and coffee pour 100 ml of cold water.
Step 2/4
Beat with a mixer or with a blender into thick foam.
Step 3/4
Put coffee foam in glasses with ice, carefully pour cold milk, trying not to damage the "cap."
Step 4/4
The coffee frappe is Cypriot ready.
