Pork neck kebabs are a time-tested classic! It always turns out juicy and tasty. Do not pickle good meat in vinegar, lemon will cope with the task no worse, at the same time adding flavor.

pork neck
2 kg
onions
3-4 pcs.
lemon
1 pc.
ground red pepper
salt
freshly ground black pepper

Cut the neck into small pieces so that it is convenient to fry and eat comfortably.

Cut the onion into half rings, lemon into rounds. Add to the meat, salt, pepper and thoroughly knead with your hands, as if squeezing the juice from the onions. Leave the meat to marinate for an hour or two, this is quite enough. If you marinate the kebab the day before, immediately put it in the refrigerator. And by the way: if you are going to fry kebabs in an hour or two, you can add more lemon.
