Recipe "Kish with tuna, tomatoes and olives"
Ingredients
for dough:
butter
50 g.
fine flour
100 g.
for filling:
tuna fillet natural
1 can (180g)
dried tomatoes in oil
150 g.
sour cream
4 tbsp. spoons
eggs
2 pcs
pitted kalamata olives
100 g.
pizza mozzarella
40 g.
salt
pepper
Step 1/6
For the dough, simply scatter the flour and chunks of cold butter into the bowl of a blender and punch until crumb.
Step 2/6
Then pour in a quarter cup of steep boiling water and turn on the blender again - the dough will knead itself within a few seconds! Remove the dough lump, wrap in film and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 3/6
For the filling, mash the tuna pieces with a fork (do not add liquid), then add the tomatoes (without oil), cut into pieces.
Step 4/6
Add sour cream and eggs, salt, pepper and mix well.
Step 5/6
Roll out the dough and stretch with your hands, put in a baking dish.
Step 6/6
Fill, garnish with olives, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Bon appetit!
