shrimps peeled frozen

cheese (Grana Grappa or Parmesan )

olive oil
salt, freshly ground black pepper

Rinse the thawed shrimp, dry, squeeze a garlic wedge on top, salt, pepper and mix.

Rinse the quinoa thoroughly in cold water, pour 1.5 cups of water, add salt, bring to a boil and cook with a little boiling until cooked for about 15 minutes.

Cut the onions into thin feathers, cut the cherry tomatoes into halves or quarters, depending on the size.
