Ingredients for 4 servings

kimchi
300g
pork tenderloin
350 g
tofu
150 g
onions
1 pc.
garlic
3-4 cloves
soy sauce
1-2 tbsp. l.
Korean pepper (kochukaru)
to taste
onion green
for filing
pickle from kimchi
50 ml
water or broth
500 ml
salt
to taste

Cut the pork tenderloin into thin slices, the kimchi into pieces.

Chop the tofu into cubes, the onion into half rings. Chop the garlic.

Put kimchi on the bottom of the multicooker bowl. Top with pork, onions, sprinkle with pepper.

Cover everything with brine, soy sauce and add broth.

Set the extinguishing mode for 40 minutes.

Then add the tofu, stir and simmer for a further 10 minutes.
