Cold tea with lemon and mint is classic and perhaps the most common. We made it on the basis of green leaf tea - it turns out to be even more refreshing, but you can take black tea.

Ingredients for 4 servings
green leaf tea
1-2 tsp
mint
a few sprigs or to taste
lemon
1 pc.
Jerusalem artichoke syrup
1 tsp or to taste
boiled water
300 ml
water
200-700 ml
ice
Step 1/5
Put the tea in a strainer. Pour boiling water over the heat-resistant jug and lower a strainer into it. Chat with a strainer in the water to make the tea brew faster.

Add the Jerusalem artichoke syrup to taste. You can also use any favorite syrup or sugar.

Add lemon to taste.
Step 4/5
Put the leaves on a few sprigs of mint, or to taste. Leave minutes for 5-10 to infuse the drink.

Dilute the brewed tea with water to taste. Arrange the ice in glasses, pour over the tea and serve immediately.
