almonds
½ cups
flax
½ cups + 6 tbsp. l. (grind or replace with linen porridge)
oatmeal
1 ½ cups
sea salt
1 tsp
Jerusalem artichoke syrup (grape sugar )
1 tbsp. l.
coconut oil (melted)
3 tbsp. l.
water

In a bowl or directly in the tin, combine all the dry ingredients. In another container - all liquid (syrup, oil and water). Pour over the dry mixture, mix thoroughly.

Leave the mold with the mixture at room temperature for 2 or more hours, you can overnight or for a day. The readiness of bread for baking is checked by protruding the edges of the mold. If the mass holds its shape, then it is ready for baking.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the mold on the grill at medium level. Bake in the tin for 20 minutes. Then gently turn the bread on the parchment on the lattice and remove it from the mold .
