Recipe "He from beef"
Ingredients for 2 servings
cucumber
1 pc.
fresh garlic
3 cloves
soy sauce
40 ml
acetic essence 70%
1 tsp
sugar
1 tsp
salt
½ tsp
red hot pepper
1 pc.
rib-eye steak
1 pack (250 g)
ground coriander
2 g
sesame oil
30 ml
black pepper
to taste
Korean carrots
1 pack (500 g)
sesame to serve
to taste

Beat the meat properly through the cling film and cut it into thin strips.
Step 2/5
Make the marinade: combine crushed garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, coriander, black pepper, sugar and salt. Marinate the meat in this mixture for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator.

Cut the cucumber into thin strips, chop the pepper finely.

Mix all ingredients, including Korean carrots.

Serve the dish topped with sesame seeds.
