pine nuts
100 g
butter
120 g
sugar
250 g
milk
500 ml
lemon zest
1-2 tsp

Grind pine nuts in a blender into small crumbs.

In a heavy-based sauté pan or frying pan, combine the butter with the nuts. Grate the lemon zest, pour in the semolina. Fry everything together, stirring until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

Heat the milk in a microwave or saucepan almost to a boil, add sugar.

Pour the hot milk into the manna-oil mixture and mix immediately, cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring.

Remove the halvas from the heat, cover and leave to cool at room temperature.
