Recipe "Halumis with asparagus and pesto"

Ingredients for 1-2 portions

Halumis cheese
200 g (1 pc.)
asparagus
150 g
pesto sauce Classic

Boil the water in a small saucepan.
Step 2/4
Halumis cut lengthways in half to make 2 flat squares.
Step 3/4
At the asparagus, cut off the stiff tips of the stems, tie it into a bunch and put it in a pan of boiling water, so that the tender heads remain above the surface of the water. Cook for 2 minutes.
Step 4/4
Fry the halumis in a dry pan until golden brown. Place the hot cheese on a plate, asparagus stalks and pesto on top, serve with fresh tomatoes and warm bread.
