Defrost the dough. Grate both types of cheese on a coarse grater. If desired, add 15-20% ⅔ jars of maconi or sour cream - this will make the filling even more tender and tasty. You can also add more suluguni if you like a saltier filling. Stir.

Bake khachapuri in an oven preheated to 180 ℃ for 25-30 minutes. Separate the yolks from the whites. Place the yolks on the cheese and bake the khachapuri for a couple of minutes in the oven. Serve hot.
