Ingredients for 4 servings
tortilla

sous-vide chicken breast fillet
1 pc.
canned corn
50 g
Gouda cheese
100 g
tomato
1 pc.
canned beans
100 g
lime
0.5 pcs. (juice )
olive oil
1 tbsp. spoon
greens (cilantro, parsley, dill)
bunch
coriander
pinch
salt
to taste
Step 1/7
Put the beans without liquid on a plate. Salt, add the coriander, pour over the lime juice and olive oil and mash lightly with a fork.

Chop the greens, cut the tomato into cubes, and slice the chicken breast fillets.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 4/7
Put cheese on half of the tortilla, then put beans, corn and chicken.
Step 5/7
Add greens, sprinkle more cheese on top. Cover the filling with the other half of the tortilla. Cook the remaining tortillas in the same way.

Grill the tortillas in a pan or bake in the oven.

The quesadilla is ready as soon as the cheese has melted.
