Wheat flatbread with spinach

Baked chicken breast fillet 180g
1 pc.
Fresh corn
1 cob
Sweet pepper
1 pc.
Cheddar cheese

Chopped tomatoes
5 tbsp. spoons
Onion red
0.5 pcs.
Hot pepper
to taste
Salt
to taste
Fresh cilantro

Boil the corn in boiling water until soft (about 15 minutes), cut the grain from the finished corn with a sharp knife. You can also use frozen grains by simply pouring boiling water over them.

Cut sweet peppers and chicken breast into slices, onions into thin feathers, cut off a few rings of hot peppers.

Brush each tortilla with a spoonful of tomatoes, top with 2 slices of chicken fillet, bell pepper, hot pepper, corn, onions and cilantro. Put a piece of cheese on each tortilla and roll them in half, covering the filling. Fry the tortillas in a dry pan until the cheese melts - done!
