dark raisins

Step 1/8
Rinse the raisins and fill with boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Drain and dry the raisins with a paper towel.

For the egg melange, whisk the eggs until foamed.

Add ordinary and vanilla sugar, salt to room temperature oil and beat until fluffy white mass with a mixer.

Pour egg melange into the oil mixture without stopping whisking.

Gradually stir in the flour, add the raisins at the end.

Grease the cupcake tin with oil and put the dough in it. Focus on the size of your form: it should be filled out by about ¾. Lightly wet the silicone spatula with water and run a longitudinal furrow through the middle.

Bake the muffin in an oven preheated to 160C for about an hour. Check readiness with a toothpick.

Sprinkle the still warm cupcake with powdered sugar, leave to cool a little and remove from the mold.
