Pour the flax seeds with warm water, about 100 ml, and leave until swelling, you can do it in the evening.
Step 2/2
Cut a quarter of the banana into rounds for decoration, wash the berries. Punch the remaining banana in a blender along with linen, there is no need to achieve homogeneity, it is enough to slightly crush the linen for better assimilation. If the porridge is thick, dilute with warm water. Serve garnished with berries and banana rounds.
