Ingredients for 2 servings
quinoa blend
120 g
coconut milk
250 ml
water
200 ml
nectarine
1 pc.
fried almonds
1 tbsp. spoon
ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp
unrefined cane sugar
1 tsp
Step 1/6
Pour the quinoa mixture with water and coconut milk and cook over the lowest heat for about 40 minutes.

The cereal should boil and almost absorb all the liquid, but still remain creamy.
Step 3/6
While the quinoa is cooking, dice the nectarine, leave a few thin wedges to garnish.
Step 4/6
Preheat the saucepan, add nectarine, a couple of tablespoons of water, sugar and ground cinnamon. Mix quickly over high heat until the sugar dissolves and remove from the stove.

Chop almonds with a knife.
Step 6/6
Add nectarine, almonds to the finished porridge, sprinkle with cinnamon. You can also add any syrup to taste.
