A very spectacular and festive version of potatoes in the oven. To make the accordion neat, choose large and even potatoes. And be sure to use a life hack with skewers.

Recipe "Accordion potatoes"
Ingredients for 3 servings
potatoes (large)
3 pcs.
raw smoked bacon
100 g
Cheddar cheese
30 g
thyme
2 sprigs (or a pinch of oregano)
Step 1/7
Wash the potatoes thoroughly, do not peel them.
Step 2/7
Gently pierce the potatoes through the skewers, as close to the peel as possible. So you get a "limiter": cutting the accordion, you will not cut through the potatoes.

Make cuts with a sharp knife every 3-4 mm, remove the skewers.
Step 4/7
Repeat with other potatoes.
Step 5/7
Boil the water in a saucepan, boil the cut potatoes for 10 minutes.

In accordions, put pieces of bacon and fresh thyme or dry oregano leaves. Place in a roasting tin and place in an oven preheated to 180C.
Step 7/7
Bake for 15-20 minutes, 5 minutes before cooking, add pieces of cheese.
