Potato zrazes with minced meat are like a variation on the theme of cutlets with chickpeas. They also look like small portion potato casseroles. Either way, these zrazes are well worth ending up on your desk. For a variety of menus, we took minced rabbit and turkey, added cheese and chopped greens .

Recipe "Potato Zrazes with Minced Meat"
Ingredients, serves 8
potatoes
6 pieces medium
butter
50 g
rice flour
20 g (1 tbsp)
minced rabbit and turkey
1 pack (500 g)
dutch cheese
150 g
chicken egg
2 pcs.
onions
1 pc.
carrots
1 pc.
table salt
1 tsp or to taste
ground black pepper
1/6 tsp or to taste
ground paprika
1/3 tsp + 1/2 tsp or to taste
olive oil for frying
4-6 tbsp. l.
fresh garlic
2 tooth.
fresh dill
10g (a couple of sprigs )
semolina/corn starch/bread crumbs from bran
for breading zraz
sour cream
for filing
Step 1/8
Peel and boil the potatoes until tender. Peel onions, carrots and garlic. Cut onions into half rings, carrots into circles, garlic into small pieces.
Step 2/8
Fold the chopped vegetables into a glass of blender, add 2 tbsp. l. olive oil and grind everything together in mashed potatoes.

Heat a frying pan with 1-2 tbsp. l. olive oil for frying. Put the minced meat in it and fry until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Add mashed onions, carrots and garlic, salt, ground black pepper, 1/2 tsp. Paprika and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Wash, dry and finely chop the greens. Put the finished mince in a bowl, add 1 egg, cheese and herbs. Mix until the components are combined.

Push the finished potatoes with a pusher.

Add 1 egg, butter, 1 tbsp. l. rice flour, salt to taste and 1/3 tsp. Or to taste paprika. Stir until smooth.

Make a tortilla from the potato mixture. Put part of the minced meat in the center and form an oblong cutlet.

Roll in semolina, starch or breadcrumbs. Make 8 zraz in this way. Preheat the pan with 2 tbsp. l. olive oil and fry the zrazes to a beautiful golden crust for about 2-3 minutes on each side. Serve the minced potato zrazes hot with sour cream.
