Recipe "Potato waffles with cheese and berry sauce"
Ingredients for 2 servings
frozen potato waffles
4 pcs. (1 pack)
Camembert
150 g
fresh frozen berry mixture
300g
starch
1/2 tbsp. spoons
sugar powder
3 tsp or to taste
Step 1/6
Put the berry mixture in the bowl of the blender (you do not need to defrost in advance), powdered sugar and starch. Grind until smooth.

Line a baking tray with baking parchment. Place 2 potato waffles on a baking tray (no need to defrost in advance).

Cut the camembert in half across. Place half a camembert on each waffle and cover with the remaining waffles.

You get 2 "sandwiches." Bake in oven preheated to 180 ℃ for 10-15 minutes until cheese melts
