Another great way to use yesterday's barbecue is to make a hearty potato casserole with it. If no one is so easy to eat the remaining amount of meat, then the casserole is definitely yes.

Recipe "Potato casserole with kebab"
Ingredients for 2-4 servings
fried kebab
400 g
potatoes
3-4 pcs.
onions
1 pc.
carrots
1 pc.
garlic
2 tooth.
parsley
a few twigs
fennel
a few twigs
tomato paste
1 tbsp. l. with a slide
vegetable oil
1-2 tbsp. l.
salt
to taste
ground black pepper
to taste
butter
1 tbsp. l.
Step 1/9
Peel and boil the potatoes until tender, about 20 minutes.
Step 2/9
Peel the vegetables. Cut carrots into rounds, onions into cubes, garlic into slices.
Step 3/9
Preheat pan with vegetable oil. Put carrots, onions, garlic, salt, pepper to taste.

Add the tomato paste.

Chop the kebabs into pieces. Put in a frying pan with vegetables, pour a little water. Simmer everything together for about 20 minutes.

Remember potatoes in mashed potatoes. Add butter, mix.

Spoon the stew and vegetables into the tin.

Top with the chopped greens.

On greens - potatoes, level with a spatula. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ℃ for about 30 minutes. Serve sprinkled with fresh herbs.
