Ingredients for 6 servings
potatoes
6 pcs.
oyster mushrooms
½ up.
red Yalta onion
1 pc.
cheddar cheese
50 g
rosemary
to taste
garlic
2 cloves
salt
to taste
ground black pepper
to taste
Step 1/7
Wash the potatoes thoroughly, do not peel them.
Step 2/7
Cut it in half and bake it up the sleeve at 180C for 25 minutes.

Carefully remove the flesh from the potatoes - you no longer need it.

Finely chop the oyster mushrooms and onions, and then fry in vegetable oil.

Cool the mushrooms and mix them with cheddar cheese, chopped garlic and a pinch of finely chopped rosemary greens.

Fill the potato halves with a mixture of oyster mushrooms and cheese.

Sprinkle rosemary over the dish, add garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
