Potatoes and bacon - the combination is no less canonical than potatoes and mushrooms. And if you're not eating pork, go for marbled beef bacon.

Ingredients for 5 servings
large potatoes
6 pcs.
raw smoked bacon
200 g
bell pepper
60 g
dutch cheese
100 g
salt
to taste
ground black pepper
to taste
vegetable oil
2 tbsp. l.
onion green
multiple feathers
cilantro
a few twigs
Step 1/6
Wash the potatoes and cook in their uniforms for 20 minutes. It shouldn't boil completely.
Step 2/6
Carefully cut out the potato flesh, leaving 4-6mm thick walls and a bottom. Do not throw away the pulp.
Step 3/6
Cut the baked peppers, bacon, cheese and some of the potato flesh into small pieces. Stir them. It will be a potato filling.
Step 4/6
Fill the potatoes with the resulting mass and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Drizzle lightly with vegetable oil.
Step 5/6
Bake the stuffed potatoes at 180C convection in the oven for 15 minutes.
Step 6/6
Sprinkle the finished potatoes with chopped onions and cilantro.
