Ingredients for 4 servings

carrots
1 pc.
onions
1 pc.
garlic
3 cloves
coconut milk
400 ml
turmeric
1 tsp
paprika
1 tsp
coriander
1 tsp
hot ground pepper
ad libitum
assorted greens
bunch
salt
1 tsp
vegetable oil

Peel celery and carrots with a peeler or knife.
