Ingredients for 2 servings
white cabbage
250 g
onions
1 pc.
bacon
1 pack (150-200g)
vegetable oil for frying
2 tsp
cumin
pinch
salt
to taste
freshly ground black pepper
to taste
fresh dill
to serve (optional)
Step 1/4
Peel and cut the onion into half rings. Slice the bacon.
Step 2/4
Preheat a pan with vegetable oil, put onions and bacon. Fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring if necessary.
Step 3/4
Add the jeera, salt, pepper and put in the chopped cabbage. Stir.
Step 4/4
Fry everything together for 5-7 minutes until tender, stirring if necessary. When serving, you can sprinkle finely chopped dill.
