Step 1/4
Wash, dry and thinly slice strawberries, add a pinch of powdered sugar. Several berries can be beautifully opened with a fan: do not remove the tails and make longitudinal cuts without cutting through the berry to the end.

Toast the nuts in a dry pan until golden and pleasant.
Step 3/4
Put the pesto in the center in a beautiful plate, add strawberries and blueberries. Top the pesto with stracciatella.

Garnish with basil leaves, sprinkle with nuts, add drops of balsamic sauce.
