Ingredients for 15-20 servings
salami in Italian
1 pc.
gherkins
1 can (370g)
bell pepper
1 pc.
onion green
multiple feathers
arugula
30 g
celery
2-3 stems
Step 1/4
Thinly slice gherkins lengthways. Deseed the red pepper and cut into thin strips. Cut the onion feathers into several pieces the same length as the cornichon slices and pepper strips. Cut celery and salami into thin strips. Wash and dry the rocket.
Step 2/4
On each piece of salami, put a couple of strips of pepper, onions, celery, 1-2 slices of cucumber, a couple of leaves of rocket.
Step 3/4
Roll up each sausage slice so the vegetables and greens are inside.
Step 4/4
Attach the canapes with skewers.
