Recipe "Canape with watermelon on skewers "
Ingredients for 6-10 servings
watermelon of two colors
200 g each or to taste
muffin buns
1 pc.
maasdam cheese
100 g
mint
a couple of twigs
Step 1/4
Cut the watermelon into slices about 2 cm thick. Cut the crusts on four sides to make squares. Cut each square into 2 x 2 cm cubes.
Step 2/4
Cut the side bun and cheese into the same cubes.
Step 3/4
For each skewer, apply randomly colored cubes of watermelon, bun and cheese, add mint leaves.
Step 4/4
Serve garnished with mint.
