gutted flounder

pitted green olives
1 pack
cherry tomatoes
100-120 g
fresh thyme
branch
olive oil
2 tbsp. spoons
ground coriander

freshly ground black pepper

Defrost the flounder in the fridge beforehand.

Preheat the oven to 200 - 210 ° C.

Wash the flounder, dry, make incisions on the skin on the dark side. Rub the fish with salt, pepper and coriander.
