Recipe "Squid stuffed with mushrooms, rice and cheese"
Ingredients for 2 servings
squid carcass
4 pcs.
rice
0.5 cup
champignons
100 g
carrots
1 pc.
onions
1 pc.
pepper
1 pc.
hard or semi-hard cheese
100 g
salt, pepper
to taste
vegetable oil
2 tbsp. spoons
Step 1/8
Defrost the squid beforehand. Rinse under water, remove the chord, insides and remove the film. Boil in salted water for 30 seconds.

Rinse the rice well. Pour one glass of water, bring to a boil, reduce heat and boil until tender.

Finely chop the onion. Grate the carrots on a fine grater. Dice the peppers. Fry the vegetables in vegetable oil for 5 minutes.

Peel, rinse and finely chop the champignons. Fry separately in a frying pan until the moisture evaporates.

Grind the cheese on a fine grater.

Combine rice, vegetables, mushrooms and cheese, salt, pepper to taste, mix.

Stuff the resulting filling with squid.

Stuffed squid ready. You can eat them like that, or you can additionally bake them. For this squid, lightly brush with mayonnaise, place in a tin and place in the oven, preheated to 180C, or aerogril for 8 minutes.
