Recipe "Zucchini bread"
Ingredients for 4 servings

cottage cheese
180 g
kefir
200 ml
baking powder
10 g
flour
400 g
Italian herbs
to taste
dried garlic
to taste
seed mixture

Grate the zucchini, do not squeeze the juice.

Combine the egg, cottage cheese, squash, kefir, baking powder, flour, dried garlic and Italian herbs in a bowl until smooth.

Knead the dough. It should turn out sticky.

Shape the bread. To make this easier, dust the dough with flour.

Sprinkle the seed mixture on the bread and put to bake in an oven preheated to 180 ℃ for about 45 minutes.
