Recipe "Zucchini waffles with avocado and cottage cheese "
Ingredients for 3-4 servings
rice flour
140 g
squash
1 pc.
egg
2 pcs.
protein curd
2 pack. (240g)
salt
2 g
ground black pepper
to taste
oregano dried
pinch
ground paprika
to taste
baking powder

avocado
1 pc.
curd cheese with herbs
1 pack (140 g)
sunflower oil for lubrication

Grate zucchini on a fine grater.
Step 2/5
Squeeze out excess fluid. The most convenient way to do this is with a waffle towel.

Knead the dough from zucchini, flour, baking powder, cottage cheese, eggs and spices. It is better to beat the eggs first: this way the waffles will be fluffier.

Preheat the waffle iron and grease with oil. Bake the waffles for about 6 minutes.

Serve the finished waffles with a dollop of curd cheese, avocado slices and herbs as desired.
